We are dedicated to providing you with extensively health tested quality Labrador puppies. Our commitment to excellence sets us apart. We strive to offer the right fit to each and every one of our clients, ensuring a positive and successful outcome for our puppies. It's this that remains the most important for us to see our pups go on and do well - be it as an assistance role, therapy dog, working Gundog or family pet. Who knows... like many of our owners you may well find yourself at Gundog training with the future Gundog you didn't know you wanted in your life! It happened to us and we've had great fun learning together!

Health Testing
DNA, BVA Hips Elbows & Eye Schemes
We would not be who we are without our stringent health testing., which is at the core of our ethos. We participate in all the BVA schemes and DNA test our dogs fro 230 plus hereditary conditions. We are constantly working to improve our health screening and implement the latest recommendations. We breed from 0/0 elbows and below average hips. Copies of all screening is provided in your puppy pack along with your puppy's vet check report.
Bloodlines
So many careful decisions...
Have gone before to produce the puppy you see today. Not just by us but all the careful breeders before. Temperament is key, we use the Volhard scale to assess puppies at 5 weeks old. Our knowledge and that of trusted partners comes into play when choosing our pairings. We know so much about the generations prior.. Take advantage of this capability. This also means that our puppies are endorsed for breeding and export for their own protection and ours of the lines unless agreed prior.
Lifetime Support
This includes a return to us clause in our contract for our pups protection.
Our clients and puppies will be provided with our full support throughout the lifetime of your dog. When you choose Silverace, you know that we are always at the end of the phone and we will provide you with a comprehensive pre puppy pack to help you introduce a new family member. We want all our puppies to go on and be successful which is at the heart of all we do.
Socialisation
Well rounded and confident
We are constantly working to improve our socialisation programme. We utilise a number of different resources which lead on from Early Neurological Stimulation and Early Scent Introduction and expand upon our puppies experiences before they are ready to come home with you. Not only is this excellent for our pups this is great fun for us! We really enjoy affording them as many experiences as we can and watching them grow in understanding and confidence
